We are very pleased that you have taken interest in our store. Cumberland Appliance Center was started by Donald Eaton in October of 1972. From the beginning, we have been a dealer of GE Appliance products. Through the years , we have added product lines and services to better serve our customer's needs. The business has grown steadily through the years under the leadership of Donald and Gary Eaton. The store has always been operated under the guiding principles of giving every customer a quality product at a fair price and being a leader in showcasing new products in home appliances and electronics.
In 2000, Cumberland Appliance Center joined with a national association of independent appliance, electronics and furniture dealers to become a Brand Source store. By joining with over 2,400 dealers nationwide, Cumberland Appliance Center now has strong national advertising presence and can compete with the “Big Box” stores, with the advantage of having local knowledge, familiarity and expertise that only a small business can give to the customer.
Cumberland Appliance Center has always been a family business, managed under the guidance of Donald and Gary Eaton, but always relied upon our employee associates to get the business of the store done. Our employee's are well seasoned veterans of the business, Cumberland Appliance Center has very little turn over in employee's so that you and dealing with a well trained knowledgeable person when you call upon Cumberland Appliance Center for your needs.
I would like to invite you to stop by and see us. We are located just south of the 80 and 27 intersection next door to Speedway or if you are familiar with the light numbers we are just north of light number 5.
We are open Monday thru Friday form 8:30 AM until 6:00 PM.
